Since 1963, HIX Corporation has been a major manufacturer of custom industrial ovens and dryers. The HIX brothers first built an oven to dry inks on money deposit bags in 1963 at their Pittsburg, KS automotive shop. Word spread of their quality and efficient design, so HIX Corporation was born. As the company grew, products were engineered and manufactured for screen printing, heat applied graphics, and custom ovens that were used in many different industries.

Purchased in 1989 by the current owners, HIX has continued to expand their product line to include a full line of Industrial Ovens, Heat Transfer Machines, Screen Printers, Screen Frames, Flock Transfer Products, and Commercial Food Equipment including Pizza and Tortilla Presses.
