Inline oven and cooler system for curing laminated hurricane proof glass, with a 72" by 30' overall footprint. Cures quickly to ensure maximum strength of the hurricane resistent glass.






PRESHRINK OVEN FOR WEB PRINTING APPLICATIONS.

Custom designed tower oven for preshrinking various substrates used in web printing applications. HIX has a unique design approach of using Infra Red energy and a recirculating air flow to many different applications for more productivity and more economical operations.

GREETING CARD CURING OVEN.

HIX Thermatrol was asked if HIX could design a more enconomical and higher capacity oven to replace some 60 foot long gas ovens. HIX was able to come up with an 11 foot long system that allowed almost 100% faster feet per minute as well as energy savings. Customer operations eventually added 4 more printing lines due to the success of the ovens.




CUSTOM OVEN SYSTEM FOR CONSUMER PRODUCT.

HIX was approached to do test work and design an complete oven and fixture system that would produce millions of consumer products every year. HIX's design team came up with such a successful system that 11 ovens were manufactured when original plans were for 4 or 5.



WEB PRINT CURING OVEN FOR CONDUCTIVE AND OTHER INKS.

HIX Thermatrol was asked by one of our customers to see if we thught we could design a tower oven for curing conductive inks. HIX designed a tower oven system that corrected the problems commonly seen with other designs. The unit was more efficient from an energy stand point and had a better more even heat distribution than any other tower designs.


MUG OVEN TO CUSTOMER'S COLOR WITH WORK BENCHES.

HIX Thermatrol came up with a design for sublimating coffee mugs and other ceramic products in an efficient and economical process. This oven's painted to customer's spec and included custom work tables along conveyor system for processing images onto the ceramic parts. This includes applying the transfers and wraps and then removing the same after curing and cooling.
