From the time we receive your specs, HIX engineers are involved in making sure your strictest process requirements are met utilizing our extensive test lab facility. "Quality by Design" engineering assures you of many years of maintenance free operation. Some of our dryers are in operation since our beginning in 1963. We also offer installation and set up for most applications. HIX is the "QUALITY" choice. QUALITY IS NOT A DESTINATION, IT IS A JOURNEY. Your unit is manufactured in our modern, state of the art, 111,000 square foot facility. Experienced HIX craftsmen (and women) utilizing rigid quality control standards, build the units one at a time. By having a completely integrated facility including aluminum foundry, milling machinery, welding, and metal fabrication and assembly capabilities, HIX can insure quality in all stages of the manufacturing process. We manufacture our own infrared heat panels to insure consistent curing temperature control and performance. Upon completion, the unit is fully tested before shipping, to insure years of trouble free service. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A TOP PRIORITY AT HIX. We are only as good as our people.
